1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Musigation (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Musigation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & Billing

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of generated audio.
  • Free accounts receive 1 credit per month. Paid plans receive credits as described on the pricing page.
  • Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle for subscription credits.
  • Purchased credit packs do not expire.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the prompts and text you submit. Music generated through Musigation is licensed to you as follows:

  • Free plan: Personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Starter plan and above: Full commercial rights to generated music.

You may not claim that AI-generated music was created by a human artist, or use generated content in ways that violate applicable law.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits or rate limits
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Musigation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
